New webseries!

I'm working on a webseries with my good friends and fellow actresses Venus Davis and Debbie J. Wright. It's a five-episode dramedy about three women navigating life while also exploring the dating world. We wrote the series last year and shot our first episode earlier this year. Our working title for this project is "Friends Like Us."

I'm so excited to be working with Venus and Debbie. Both of them have been writing a little longer than I have. I started to become more serious about writing last year. To be honest I was content being a performer and had no interest in writing. But recently I've realized that I actually have some story ideas percolating inside of me.

Last year I also co-wrote a short film called "The Way Out" with another friend and filmmaker Jason O'Hara. We were able to shoot the film in Pensacola back in March and now it is in post-production. "The Way Out" is a drama/horror while this webseries is more lighthearted and funny. It's been fun exploring different types of stories and different genres.

I'm also working with Venus and Debbie on a short film script that we're planning to finish writing by the end of the year. Stay tuned!
